TSP Access Seller-Creator IM

TSP can utilize the features of Seller-Creator IM if authorized for Full Access or Affiliation. After logging into the Seller Center via TSP Access, on the “Affiliate” page, click the “Go to Affiliate Center Home” button to enter the Affiliate Center.

Once in the Affiliate Center, TSPs can use Creator IM just like sellers do through 5 entrances. Please refer to the Seller - Creator IM User Guide.

• Entrance 1: In the Affiliate Center, click on Creator messages at the top navigation bar.

• Entrance 2: Send IMs to creators directly within Find creators in Affiliate Center.

• Entrance 3: Send IMs to creators directly within their detailed profile view.

• Entrance 4: Share a specific product via an IM within the targeted collaboration page.
