§1 Introduction
This tool allows TSPs to request the cancellation of service authorization. If the seller agrees to the cancellation or fails to respond within 72 hours, the authorization will be automatically terminated.

§2 Step 1: TSP raises a cancellation request
TSP can navigate to ++TikTok Shop Partner Center-> Seller Management++ and click terminate++ ++to raise a cancel authorization request. Image Image TSP should fill in the related reason for cancellation and leave a note if needed. Which would make it easier for the seller to check and review.
§3 Step 2: Seller checks and replies to requests.
After a TSP initiates a cancellation, the seller can view the request on the My Service page:
- If the seller chooses "Agree," the authorization will be canceled immediately.
- If the seller chooses "Reject," the authorization will remain valid. You may contact the seller or resubmit your request after 144 hours.
- If the seller does not respond within 72 hours, the authorization will be automatically canceled.

§4 Step 3: Check the status of the cancellation request
TSP can check the cancellation status on the seller management page, and click view details to check the action records Image Image The seller can check the cancellation record on My Service page.

| Status Terminology | Definition |
|---|---|
| Active | Your authorization with the partner is active. *Including cancellation raised but not approved or pending review in 72h |
| Completed | Your authorization with the partner has expired. |
| Authorization Canceled | You have canceled your authorization with the partner. |
| Cancel | Including seller cancel authorization or partner cancel authorization |
| Closed | The partner has been removed from the platform for violating platform policies. Your authorization with the partner has been deactivated. |
