To better measure the actual contribution of TSP to merchants, the platform are now supporting TSP to upload service information to the platform. Your account manager will be able to check your service information and further performance checking.

After getting authorization from the seller, TSP can start to input their service report details with the seller.

Step 3 Check the review status
After uploading the service report related information, TSP can go to the [Service Report] page to check the review status and manage the reports. Including View details, downloading report files, and deleting and re-uploading. Please note
- Only service reports in the pending review status can be deleted.
- The service reports can not be edited after it goes to the approval status

§7 Approval status
Approval status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | TSP created a service report but has not yet submitted it. This status allows TSP to edit and modify service report files and information. |
| Pending Review | After TSP submits the report, the service report status changes to Pending Review, waiting for the TSP manager to approve. |
| Approved | The TSP manager reviews and agrees to the service report terms, and the service report status is updated to Approved. At this time, the service report can not be edited. |
| Rejected | TSP manager rejects service report terms after review. Reasons for rejection are usually given, and TSP may need to modify and resubmit the service report based on feedback. Image |
| Cancelled | The service report was cancelled by TSP before or during the review process |
| Completed | The service report service period has expired or all contract terms have been fulfilled, and the service report status is updated to completed. |
| Expired | The service report has reached its expiration date but has not been renewed, so it is automatically updated to expired status. |
| Deleted | The service report is deleted by TSP |

Q1: If I don't upload the TSP Service Report, will it impact my current authorization with the seller?
No, uploading the TSP service report is not necessary until you have received authorization from the seller. It won't affect your existing authorization. However, it is required for calculating your incentives and assessing your performance with TikTok Shop. ++For more details on the policy, please reach out to your TSP Manager.++ Please be aware that you're not limited to providing just a report or contract as proof of service; you can also submit other substantial materials that verify your service.

It will not affect the report/contract information which has already been uploaded.
