Steps to Get Service Authorization

Step 1 TSP publishes a public/custom service

Please refer to the user guide to publish a service before starting authorization Image

Step 2 TSP Share the authorization link with Seller

Click the active service to go to the detailed page, copy and share the link with your seller and seller can authorize via it. Image Image

For US L2L&CB, you can also create a service proposal/offer to sign with sellers. Image

Step 3 Seller opens the authorization link and completes the authorization steps

For US L2L

When the seller authorizes TSP service through an authorization link, the seller can check ALL available unauthorized services belonging to this partner, and the seller can choose multiple services to authorize at one time. Image Sellers can choose the following item to authorize Note: authorizations will be displayed based on different service qualifications, and the following are examples.

1. Authorized object: it could be Shop&TikTok, Shop, TikTok Account
2. Shop operation ticket: After authorizing, TSP can raise tickets on behalf of your shop on the Partner Canter-Tickets page
3. Seller center access: TSP can access the specific authorized pages on the seller center after authorization.
4. Data compass: After authorizing, TSP can check related data based on authorization

For EU + SEA

These processes are generally similar, and sellers can authorize all seller center access including TSP access and seller data. But there is no "Authorized object(Shop&TikTok/Shop/TikTok Account )". Note: TSP access has been launched in the EU on December, 2025, and SEA will go live subsequently.

For US CB and other markets

These processes are generally similar, but in Seller Center access, there is only "Data Compass authorization" and no "Permission role authorization", which means partner can check seller data but being unable to log in via TSP acess.

Step 4 TSP and Seller check and manage authorization

TSP can access all authorizations on the Seller management page, where TSP can easily check all the authorization details Image

Sellers can also go to my service page to check authorizations. By clicking “Edit”, the seller can edit/delete/renew the service as needed.

At this stage, only the seller can cancel the authorization on my service page. Once canceled, TSP will not be able to access any data or log in with TSP Access. Image
