资料正文

§1 What should I do if I receive an email with an expired authorization reminder?

Please note that the validity duration for each authorization is just one year, thus the seller must manually authorize after that time. A regular authorization from sellers will ensure the security of the shop's data. As a result, we will send an reminder email to the developer when the authorization's validity period is about to expire. Developers can also obtain the exact authorization expiration timestamp through the "v2.shop.get_shop_info" API (please check the "expire_time" field).

If the seller does not manually authorize before the expiration time, the developer will no longer be able to access the seller's shop data via OpenAPI; therefore, the developer can remind seller to authorize.

The expiration time displayed in Seller Centre is the same as the "expire_time" you will get through the "v2.shop.get_shop_info" API.
