Delay issues with the Push Mechanism

Under normal circumstances, there should not be minute-level delays. However, if the callback URL you provide encounters errors, causing the push to fail, the platform will retry multiple times after the retry interval. As a result, the time you ultimately receive the push may vary depending on how quickly the callback URL you provided returns to normal operation.
