A: The maximum number of IP addresses that can be declared is 1000 IP addresses.

Q2: What should I do if I use dynamic IP addresses?

A: If you manage fewer than 1,000 dynamic IP addresses, you can declare all of them, as it is within the limit of 1,000 IP addresses. If you manage more than 1,000, we advise switching to static IP addresses.

Q3: Is it possible to disable the IP address whitelist function?

A: You can click “Edit” on the App details page and turn off the toggle. However, please note that after December 27, 2023, if you disable this function, you will not be able to retrieve unmasked buyer data.
