Why are there error messages about NCC and BSMI not being input or validated when they are not mandatory?

The following statement only applies to the TW region.

According to Taiwan's policies, sellers are required to indicate the brand, model, and certification label number information of telecommunications-controlled radio frequency equipment or goods subject to inspection when listing them for sale. Therefore, when adding or updating the aforementioned products, the attributes of the NCC (applicable to telecommunications-controlled radio frequency equipment) / BSMI (applicable to goods subject to inspection) are changed to mandatory fields.

Due to technical limitations, if the category of the product ("category_id") falls under the specified categories and if it has specific options ("value_id") in the designated attribute ("attribute_id"), it is necessary to consider NCC and BSMI certification numbers as mandatory fields (even if they may appear as optional for certain categories).

Please ensure that these fields are provided when adding or updating the product, as failure to do so may result in unsuccessful adjustments of inventory or pricing for the product.
