When calling "v2.logistics.create_shipping_document" API to generate AWB, why does it always return the error message "Order status does not support awb printing."?

  • Integrated Logistics Convenience Store Channel (dropoff, e.g., in-store pickup): A shipping label (AWB) can only be generated when the order has been assigned a tracking number but has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped ("order_status": SHIPPED), generating a shipping label is no longer supported.

  • Integrated Logistics Black Cat (pickup) C2C Channel(TW only): There is no need to print a shipping label (AWB). Black Cat logistics personnel will assist with affixing the label during pickup.

  • Non-Integrated Logistics Channels (e.g., seller delivery, Chunghwa Post): The shipping label (AWB) must be generated before the tracking number is returned. Once the tracking number is provided, the order is considered shipped, and generating a shipping label is no longer supported.
