[Important]Restric Authorization Period(新增授權到期時間)

Dear Developers,

For the sake of sellers' safety, we will add an expiration date for shop authorization.

The specific rules of the authorization period are as follows:

1. The authorization period shall be valid for one year from the authorization date. When the authorization expires, the shop needs to re-authorize the partner.

2. Authorization expiration time = authorization time + 1 year *n, where n is the minimum value to ensure expiration time is after this feature goes live. For example, if authorization date is May 1, 2018, it will expire on April 30, 2020.

3. When the authorization is expired, error message ("Your authorization is overdue. Please request the authorization again." ) will return when developers call APIs to fetch data from expired shops.

4.The go-live date is March 4, 2020, which means the earliest batch of shop authorization expires at 00:00 on March 4.

5. You can check the authorization expiration time now via GetShopsByPartner (https://open.shopee.com/documents? Module =66&type=1&id=429) to check the expiration time of your authorized shops.

6. In order to avoid unnecessary problems, please prepare in advance and guide your sellers to re-authorize before the expiration, then the one-year period will be re-calculated.

出於对賣家安全的考慮，我們将会為店鋪授權時間添加一個有效期限。

授權有效期限的具體規則如下：

1、授權時長有效期為從授權日期起壹年。授權到期後，店鋪需要重新授權給partner。

2、授權到期時間 = 授權時間 + 1年*n ，其中 n 為確保授權到期時間在上線日期之後的最小值。例如授權時間為2018年5月1日，則授權到期時間為2020年4月30日。

3、若授權時間到期，開發者調用接口獲取已到期店鋪的數據時，接口會報錯並提示:"Your authorization is overdue. Please request the authorization again."

4、具體上線時間為2020年3月4日，即最早一批店鋪授權到期時間為 3月4日零點整。

5、查看授權到期時間：目前您可以調用GetShopByPartner(https://open.shopee.com/documents?module=66&type=1&id=429)來查看店鋪的授權到期時間。

6、為了避免不必要的問題，請您提前準備並在授權到期之前引導您的用戶重新授權，屆時1年的時長會重新計算。
