[Important] Seller Registration Verification for Open API

Dear Developers:

After August 4th, when calling Open APIs that require shop_id, Open Platform will verify whether the seller registration (on Shopee Seller Center) of local shops in Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia is completed. At present, the verification of the seller registration on the local shop of Brazil, Mexico, Poland, Colombia, and Chile remains unchanged.

If the seller has not finished the seller registration flow on Shopee Seller Center, it would not be allowed to call any Open APIs that require shop_id and the error message is"No permission. Please inform seller to complete the Seller Registration on Shopee Seller Center first, then this shop can call for this API."

Sellers can log in Shopee Seller Center to check whether the Registration flow has been completed. If not, they will enter the following page and click “Start Registration” to complete Registration flow.

尊敬的开发者： 在8月4日后，当调用需要传入 shop_id 的 Open API 时，新增对于新加坡、菲律宾、越南、泰国、印度尼西亚站点 local 店铺的卖家注册流程（在虾皮卖家中心完成）是否完成的校验。目前对于巴西，墨西哥，波兰，哥伦比亚，智力站点的 local 店铺线上的卖家注册流程校验逻辑不变。 如果未在虾皮卖家中心完成注册流程的卖家调用需要传入 shop_id 的 OpenAPI 时，会进行报错，错误信息为 “No permission. Please inform seller to complete the Seller Registration on Shopee Seller Center first, then this shop can call for this API.” 卖家可以登陆虾皮卖家中心去查看是否完成注册流程，如未完成会进入以下页面，点击“Start Registration”进行注册流程
