[Important][TW] Significant AWB Updated for logistic channel 30006 & 30011 (C2C）

Dear Developer,

Due to a system upgrade, we updated the domain used in the API response for “v2.logistics.download_shipping_document” API. This change applies to C2C orders using logistics channels 30006 & 30011.

Summary of Changes

- Affected Time: 2025/11/05

- Affected API: v2.logistics.download_shipping_document

- Affected Scope: C2C orders using logistics channel 30006 (全家) & 30011 (全家冷凍超取).

- Change Details: The domain used within the HTML content returned by the API will be changed:

- Old Domain: external2.shopee.tw (This domain will be decommissioned)

- New Domain: api.sls.shopee.tw

Action Required

Check Firewalls and Whitelists:

If your system utilizes firewalls, Access Control Lists (ACLs), or any domain whitelists, please immediately add the new domain “api.sls.shopee.tw” to your allow list. This is crucial to ensure that AWBs can be accessed correctly.

Handling of Old/Existing HTML:

Following this upgrade, the old domain “external2.shopee.tw” will be inaccessible. If you have already retrieved (or cached) any HTML content that uses the old domain, those AWBs will no longer function. How to Update Old Documents You must regenerate any affected AWBs using the following steps:

a. Call “v2.logistics.create_shipping_document” API to create a new AWB generation task.

b. Then, call “v2.logistics.download_shipping_document” API to retrieve the new HTML, which will use the new domain (api.sls.shopee.tw).

a. 呼叫 v2.logistics.create_shipping_document API 建立新的寄件單製作任務。

b. 接著呼叫 v2.logistics.download_shipping_document API，即可取得使用新網域 (api.sls.shopee.tw) 的 HTML。
