[OpenAPI Update] Support JIT at Model Level & Purchase Order Modification Rule C

We would like to inform you of the following updates to the Supplier Product and Purchase Order APIs: （Applicable to China SCS developers）

1. Support for JIT flag at Model level It is now supported to set the JIT flag (jit_mode) at the Model level in v2.supplier_product.create_product and v2.supplier_product.update_product.

Previously, this field was maintained at the Item level, but it is now support Model level.

Impacted APIs:

v2.supplier_product.create_product

v2.supplier_product.update_product

v2.supplier_product.get_warehouse_sku_list

v2.supplier_product.get_warehouse_sku_detail

2. Update to Purchase Order Modification Logic

Historically, when modifying a purchase order in status Pending Approval, it was not mandatory to fill in remark when:

Requested Qty was modified, or behavior_mode = Remove.

Change For the Open Platform API v2.purchase.modify_purchase_order

If either requested_purchase_qty is non-zero or need_removed=true, and the modify_reason = Other, then the remark field must be provided.

Otherwise, the following error will be returned:

Remark is required when the modification reason=Other

Please make sure to update your integration accordingly.

1. 支持Model维度打JIT标

在创建和新增接口v2.supplier_product.create_product 和 v2.supplier_product.update_product中支持在规格（Model）维度配置 JIT 标识（jit_mode）。此前该字段为商品维度配置，现支持model维度配置。具体变更内容请参考API文档。

2. 采购单修改逻辑调整

历史上在修改状态为 待审批 的采购单时，以下两种情况无需填写 remark 字段：

修改 Requested Qty，或behavior_mode = Remove。

调整说明： 对于 Open Platform 调用 /openplatform/api/purchase/purchase_order/purchase_modify 接口时，若存在如下情况：

requested_purchase_qty 填写了非 0 值 或 need_removed = true，且 modify_reason = Other， 则必须填写 remark 字段，否则会返回以下报错：

Remark is required when the modification reason=Other
