§1 Update on Chat API Policy: Changes to New Application Submissions
Dear Developers,
Please note that Shopee Open Platform is revising our Chat API policy to improve buyer experience. Starting from November 18, 2024, we will no longer accept new applications for the following:
- Applications for Customer Service Apps from Individual Third Parties and Third-party Partner Platforms will be closed.
- New Chat OpenAPI applications from Individual Third Parties and Third-party Partner Platforms will be closed.

尊敬的开发者， 请注意，Shopee Open Platform 将调整 Chat API 政策以优化买家体验。自 2024年11月18日 起，我们将停止接受以下类型的新申请： - 来自个人第三方和第三方合作平台类型开发者的 Customer Service 应用申请将被关闭。 - 来自个人第三方和第三方合作平台类型开发者的 Chat OpenAPI 新申请将被关闭。 感谢您的理解与合作！
