§1 [MY] Important Update for MY-SG SIP and Direct Programme AWB API
Dear Developers,
We’re reaching out to share an important update regarding MY-SG Shopee International Platform and MY-SG Direct Programme order fulfillment.
Background:
1.To provide a great buyer experience in terms of delivery speed, we’re launching a logistics improvement project with more streamlined and efficient operational process.
2.As part of the process improvement, one airway bill (1-AWB) will be required to be used for MY-SG Shopee International Platform and MY-SG Direct Programme orders.
Action needed and timeline:
We’re sharing this preliminary technical change document in order to ease your resource planning process. The detailed timeline will be as below：
1.18 Oct 2024: we’re sharing this preliminary technical change document with you
2.28 Oct 2024: we’ll share the confirmed technical change document with you
3.By 12 Nov 2024: you should implement all the required technical changes

(Parameter name to be provided in the 28-Oct communication) 2.If the order belongs to an SG-destination SIP, please see Change #3 If not, you may continue with Self-Draw AWB | To ensure that you are able to distinguish the affected orders that should use Open API standard AWB | Before 12 Nov 2024 |
| #3 Call a different OpenAPI to print Standard AWB | 1.If the order is from the affected channels (meaning it belongs to the SG-destination SIP order), kindly use v2.logistics.download_shipping_document to directly download the AWB document to ensure the end-to-end logistics can use the 1-AWB. 2.Kindly refrain from using v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info to retrieve shipping document data and print self-drawn AWB. 3.Kindly allow for a few seconds after arranging shipment before printing AWB, so that the system can generate the last-mile tracking numbers accurately. Delay Recommendation: 3-5 sec. 4.Failure to comply may result in parcels being rejected for pickup/dropoff, and delays/cancellations in fulfillment. 5.Note: If there are no system/workflow constraints, it is encouraged to fully transition to using v2.logistics.download_shipping_document for all cases. | To ensure 1-AWB is printed and pasted onto MY-SG Shopee International Platform orders5 | Before 12 Nov 2024 |
