Significant OpenAPI Updates

Dear Developers,

Please note the following changes:

1. To help sellers better understand the meaning of attribute, Shopee will add some extra introductions for some attributes, as shown below:

Therefore, we have added the "introduction" field for getting extra introduction of attributes in v2.product.get_attribute_tree, v2.global_product.get_attribute_tree, v2.product.get_attributes, v2.global_product.get_attributes APIs.

In addition, the old v2.product.get_attributes and v2.global_product.get_attributes will be sunset in 3 months, so please switch to use the new v2.product.get_attribute_tree and v2.global_product.get_attributes as soon as possible.

2. According to regulations issued by Bureau of Internal Revenue in PH, the Withholding Tax must be required on the total amount of remittances sent to online goods and services providers. Add "withholding_tax" to the response of v2.payment.get_escrow_detail for PH local shops only.

2.根据菲律宾国内税收局发布的规定，需要向在线商品和服务供应商发送的汇款总额征收预扣税。在 v2.payment.get_escrow_detail中添加 新的响应参数 "withholding_tax"，仅适用于菲律宾本土商店。
