Significant OpenAPI Updates

Dear Developers,

Please take note the following changes:

1.[Important][PH] Logistic Channel Name Change

The updates below are applicable to Shopee CN CB (excluding HK) sellers only.

Please be advised that the “Economy International” fulfillment channel will be renamed to “Economy International via Sea Shipping” on December 6, 2023. There will be no change to the channel ID.

3. Due to business development, preferred channel setting is no longer supported in the Shopee Seller Center. As a result, the Open API related "preferred" fields had been sunset.

Sunset fields:

1."preferred" : the response field under "logistics_channel_list" from v2.logistics.get_channel_list

2."preferred": the response field from v2.logistics.update_channel

3.因业务发展，Shopee卖家中心已不再支持首选渠道设置。因此，与open API 相关的 "preferred"字段已下线。

下线字段：

1. "preferred"：v2.logistics.get_channel_list 中 "logistics_channel_list "下的响应字段。

2. "preferred"：来自 v2.logistics.update_channel 的响应字段。
