Significant OpenAPI Updates

Please note the following updates:

1.[Important][PH] Logistic Channel Name Change

The updates below are applicable to Shopee PH local sellers only.

Please be advised that the "Shopee Self Collect" masked channel will be renamed to "Shopee Self Pick-Up" on November 16, 2023.

There will be no change to the channel ID.

2. To further optimize the developer experience, add some new response fields for v2.payment.get_escrow_detail API to get clearer price information.

2.1 Add "buyer_payment_method" and "instalment_plan" under "order_income" level to indicate buyer payment method and instalment plan

2.2 Add "selling_price","original_price_pri" under "items" level to indicate the item

2.3 Add "order_selling_price", "order_original_price","order_discounted_price","order_seller_discount" under order level fees

2.为进一步优化开发者调用体验，在 v2.payment.get_escrow_detail API 添加一些新的响应字段以获得更清晰的价格信息。

2.1 在"order_income" 下新增 "buyer_payment_method" 和 "instalment_plan" 字段用于表示买家付款方式以及分期计划。

2.2 在商品层面"items"下新增"selling_price"和 "original_price_pri"

2.3 在订单相关费用下新增"order_selling_price", "order_original_price","order_discounted_price"和 "order_seller_discount"
