Tightening of buyer info access in Open API

As part of our efforts to enhance buyers’ privacy, we will be limiting access to buyer information displayed as part of the fulfillment process. Specifically, you’ll not be able to view buyers’ names and/or phone numbers, depending on the market you’re operating in.

Rolling out from 1-29 August 2022 across markets, buyers’ names and phone numbers will be partially masked at all stages of the fulfillment process for local sellers using integrated logistics. Refer to the table below for affected APIs and masked buyer information:
