§1 Significant OpenAPI Updates

Dear Developer,

Please find below updates:

To assist our business partners in their operations, Shopee introduced a feature to allow vouchers that are not yet valid to display early on Shop Pages. This includes:

Shop Homepage
Shop Campaign Page
Product Detail Page
Voucher Label on Item Card

OpenAPI will also support the configuration of this field when creating or modifying the voucher that is not yet valid, as well as retrieving the list of vouchers and its respective details.

Add new field display_start_time information to indicate the time the voucher should start displaying on Shop Pages for users to claim, please set it before voucher start_time.
