Significant OpenAPI Updates

尊敬的开发者，

请留意以下变动：

1.目前商品创建变体时一层规格只能创建20个变体，两层规格最多只能创建50个变体（台湾除外)，这并不能满足卖家需求。因此我们调整为商品无论一层还是两层规格，最多都只能创建总数为50个变体。

例如：

1）商品定义尺寸和颜色，即两层规格，尺寸定义了5种，则颜色最多只能定义10种;

2）商品只定义了尺寸，即一层规格， 则尺寸最多只能定义50种。

跨境卖家请注意：该改动也涉及全球商品

2. 针对墨西哥本土卖家和跨境买家，商品设置包邮功能新增白名单限制。只有白名单用户在创建/更新商品时，可以将is_free 字段设置为true，否则接口将返回报错无法设置包邮，报错如：“invalid logistic info , channel_id:108001 (cover shipping fee not allowed)"。

3.针对墨西哥本土卖家新增逻辑：商品只允许创建和更新，不允许上架，即只能创建UNLIST状态的商品，无法创建/更新商品状态为NORMAL。

Dear Developer,

Please find below updates:

1.Currently, sellers can only create 20 variations at most when creating 1 tier variation, and create 50 variations at most when creating 2 tier variations, which does not meet the needs of seller. Therefore, We will adjust this limit, No matter if the seller creates 1 tier variations or 2 tier variations, the total number of variations cannot exceed 50.

E.g:

1)A product definition has two types of choices: size and color. that is,2 tier variation. The size already defines 5 kinds, and the color can only define 10 kinds at most.

2. A product definition has two types of choices: size, that is,1 tier variation, then the size can only be defined at most 50 kinds.

Please note for cross-border sellers: this change also involves global products

2. For local MX sellers and cross-border seller, we add a whitelist restriction to set free shipping. Only the whitelisted user can set the "is_free" : true when creating/updating products, otherwise the api will return an error, such as: "invalid logistic info, channel_id:108001 (cover shipping fee not allowed)" .

3.Added logic for local MX sellers: products are only allowed to be created and updated, but not allowed to be listed, that is, sellers can only create products with the status of UNLIST, and cannot create/update products with the status of NORMAL.
