[MY] Important Update for Open Platform AWB API - Instant Delivery

Dear Developers,

The updates below are effective for selected Shopee MY seller only.

Introducing New Shipping Carrier - Instant Delivery

Please note that starting from 2 Sept 2025, "Instant Delivery" (Channel ID: 23000) will be a new shipping carrier to provide instant delivery service to the buyers. This channel only supports delivery distances not more than 30km.

Affected Logistics Channels

Do note that this is a new fulfillment channel that does not park under any masked channel.

Kindly note the changes for the response data in the response body regarding the new Shipping Carrier (channel_id=23000) related APIs.

When developers call v2.order.get_order_detail and v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info, the response body will be as follows:

Action to take from Developers

When calling v2.order.get_order_detail or v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info, if the response body field "logistics_channel_id" returns as "23000", the developer should:

Hardcode the wording "Instant" under Order Details (Courier) at the top right of the AWB.
For sellers who use the Shopee system generated AWB, please take note "COD" wording will be displayed above the recipient postcode on the right column if the “cod” parameter returns"true ".
For sellers who use self-design AWB, developers need to hardcode "COD" wording above the recipient postcode on the right column if “cod” parameter returns"true ".

For this channel, sellers are able to pre-print AWB before arranging shipment.

开发者需采取的行动:

在调用v2.order.get_order_detail或v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info时，如果响应体字段 “logistics_channel_id”返回为“23000”，开发者须：

请在面单 (AWB) 右上角的Order Details (Courier) 部分硬编码“Instant”字眼。
对于使用Shopee系统面单 (AWB) 的卖家，请注意，如果“cod”参数返回为“true”，则“COD”字眼将显示在右侧栏收件人邮编的上方。
对于使用自画面单 (AWB) 的卖家，如果“cod”参数返回为“true”，开发人员需要将“COD”字眼硬编码在右侧栏收件人邮编的上方。

对于此渠道，卖家可以在安排发货前预先打印面单 (AWB)。
