[MY] Important Update for Open Platform Customized AWB API

The updates below are applicable to selected Shopee MY local sellers only.

Airway Bill (AWB) Template Update for Shipping Carrier

1.SPX Express has a new feature which allows the system to tag orders as low/mid/high confidence in terms of successful deliveries on weekends. This weekend delivery label is more helpful than the existing Office/Home label in determining whether delivery attempts should be made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, subjected to the recipient state.

2.Therefore, please note that starting from 12 Apr 2024, SPX Express (West Malaysia) (Channel ID: 20088) and Self Collection Point (SPX Express) (Channel ID: 20099) will have some changes on the Airway Bill (AWB) template.

Kindly note the changes for the response data in the response body regarding Shipping Carrier Related APIs.

- When calling the following API v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info, there are some changes on Airway Bill (AWB) layout if the Response body field “shipping_carrier" returns SPX Express (West Malaysia) or Self Collection Point (SPX Express).

Changes Required in SPX Express (West Malaysia) & Self Collection Point (SPX Express):

1.To remove “home / office” tag above the QR code

2.To add the "dely_fri_label", "dely_sat_label" or "dely_sun_label" parameters depending on the recipient state. For each of the weekend delivery labels, the value of L, M, H represent the chances of successful delivery attempts on weekends.

Requirement details as below:

a. recipient_address.state = Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah or Johor:

1)To add "dely_fri_label" and "dely_sat_label" parameters

2. Separate the 2 parameters with “-” sign

b. recipient_address.state ≠Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah or Johor.

Scenario

- When calling the following API v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info, there are additional parameters to be included on Airway Bill (AWB) if the Response body field “shipping_carrier" return SPX Express (West Malaysia) or Self Collection Point (SPX Express).

Please request with $.recipient_address_info.key(state) uses the $.response.recipient_address_info.key in the response body to determine the additional parameters to be used:

1.SPX Express有一个新功能，允许系统将订单标记为在周末成功交付的低/中/高信心。与现有的办公室/家庭标签相比，这个周末交付标签更有助于确定是否应在周五、周六或周日进行交付尝试，取决于收件人所在的州。

2.请注意，从2024年4月12日开始，SPX Express (West Malaysia)（渠道ID：20088）和Self Collection Point (SPX Express)（渠道ID：20099）的面单（AWB）模板将有一些更改。

在调用以下API v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info时，如果响应体字段“shipping_carrier”返回SPX Express (West Malaysia)或Self Collection Point (SPX Express)，运单（AWB）布局将有一些更改。

SPX Express (West Malaysia) & Self Collection Point (SPX Express)的变更要求：

1. 移除二维码上方的“Home / Ofiice”标签

2.根据收件人所在州添加"dely_fri_label"、"dely_sat_label"或"dely_sun_label"参数。对于每个周末交付标签，L、M、H的值表示周末成功交付的机会。需求细节如下：

a. 如果recipient_address.state = Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah或Johor:

1. 添加"dely_fri_label"和"dely_sat_label"

2. 参数用“-”符号分隔这两个参数

b.如果recipient_address.state ≠Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah或Johor.
