§1 Significant OpenAPI Updates
Dear Developers,
Please note the following changes:
- In accordance with the policy of PH region, starting on April 14, 2024, all local online sellers in PH region must be registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in order to sale online.
Therefore, all local shops in PH region must submit their complete business information through the Shop Information > Business Information module on Seller Center by April 13, 2024 to avoid potential sales restrictions. For more details, please refer to: Regulations on Creditable Withholding Tax and BIR Registration.
Starting on March 11, 2024, local shops with incomplete business information in PH region will not be able to create new products and update existing product information (including model, stock, price, etc.), and the API will return error message: Oops! Complete your Business Information in Seller Centre first to proceed with this action.

- The following updates apply to all Shopee MY local sellers using the Logistics Channel with Pickup Time slot Selection.
Effective March 26, 2024( (for all MY local sellers), there will be changes to the field format for the "time_text" field as outlined below:

Please be advised that failure to update the aforementioned format may result in errors being prompted during the shipment arrangement process.

请留意以下变动：
- 根据菲律宾地区的政策，自2024年4月14日起，所有本土电商卖家均需在Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)登记注册后才能进行电商销售。
因此，所有PH地区的Local Shops，必须在2024年4月13日前通过Seller Center的Shop Information > Business Information模块提交完整税务信息，以免影响店铺运营。详细信息请参见：Regulations on Creditable Withholding Tax and BIR Registration。
自2024年3月11日起，PH地区税务信息不完整的Local Shops，将无法创建商品以及更新已有商品信息(包括变体、库存、价格等)，接口将会返回报错：Oops! Complete your Business Information in Seller Centre first to proceed with this action.
