Important Notice: Upgrade of Open Platform's Minimum Supported Browser Versions

Dear Developers,

To enhance the security, stability, and user experience of the Open Platform, we plan to upgrade the minimum supported browser versions and discontinue support for outdated browsers. The key information about this upgrade is hereby notified as follows. Please be sure to understand it and cooperate with the implementation as required.

1. Updated Minimum Supported Browser Versions

After the upgrade, the Open Platform will only support the following operating systems (OS) and browser versions. Users using outdated versions may encounter access failures, function abnormalities, or security risks.

Operating Systems:

• Android 5.0 and above
• iOS 11.0 and above

Browsers:

• Chrome 61.0 and above
• Microsoft Edge 90.0 and above
• Firefox 90.0 and above
• Safari 11.0 and above

2. Impact of the Upgrade on Developers

This upgrade aims to optimize the operating performance and security protection capabilities of the Open Platform.

For developers who are already using OS and browser versions within the above-supported scope (see Section 1 for details), there will be no negative impact after the upgrade, and you can use all functions of the platform normally.

For developers still using outdated browsers (below the minimum supported versions), after the official upgrade on December 24, 2025, you may face the following impacts:

• Failure to register and log in to developer accounts: You will be unable to complete the new registration process for developer accounts, and existing developer accounts will also fail to log in (e.g., errors in loading the login page, inability to submit account information, etc.);
• Impact on seller authorization for "Seller In House System" type apps: For apps of the "Seller In House System" type, sellers need to log in to their own seller accounts and also link and log in to the developer account when completing authorization. If you (the developer) cannot log in to your developer account due to using an outdated browser, it will directly prevent sellers from completing the authorization of the app, thereby affecting sellers' normal use of the app.

We strongly recommend that developers using outdated browsers upgrade to the supported versions as soon as possible to avoid affecting your account management and business collaboration with sellers.

3. Platform Upgrade Time

The official upgrade of the Open Platform's supported browser versions will be implemented on December 24, 2025. By then, outdated browsers will no longer be able to access the platform normally.

4. Recommendations for Developers

To ensure a smooth transition, the Open Platform reminds you to:

• Check the version of your current operating system and browser;
• Upgrade to the above-supported versions before December 24, 2025;
• Contact platform customer service in a timely manner if you encounter any problems during the upgrade.

为提升开放平台的安全性、稳定性及用户体验，平台计划升级最低浏览器支持版本，并停止对旧版浏览器的支持。现将本次升级的关键信息通知如下，请您务必知悉并按要求配合执行。

一、更新后的最低浏览器支持版本

升级后，开放平台仅支持以下操作系统及浏览器版本，使用旧版的用户可能面临访问失败、功能异常或安全风险。

二、升级对开发者的影响

对于仍在使用旧版浏览器（低于最低支持版本）的开发者，在 2025 年 12 月 24 日正式升级后，可能面临以下影响：

• 开发者账号无法注册与登录：无法完成开发者账号的新注册流程，已有的开发者账号也将登录失败（如登录页面加载报错、无法提交账号信息等）；
• 影响 Seller In House System 类型 APP 的卖家授权：对于 “Seller In House System” 类型的 APP，卖家在完成授权时，除需登录自身卖家账号外，还需关联登录开发者账号。若您（开发者）因使用旧版浏览器导致无法登录开发者账号，将直接造成卖家无法完成该 APP 的授权操作，进而影响卖家对 APP 的正常使用。

在此强烈建议使用旧版浏览器的开发者尽快升级至支持版本，避免影响您的账号管理及与卖家的业务协作。

三、平台升级时间

开放平台浏览器支持版本的正式升级将于 2025 年 12 月 24 日执行。届时，旧版浏览器将无法正常访问平台。

四、开发者建议

为保障过渡顺利，Open Platform提醒您：

• 检查当前使用的操作系统及浏览器版本；
• 在 2025 年 12 月 24 日前升级至上述支持版本；
• 升级过程中若遇到问题，及时联系平台客服。
