§1 Operation Assessment Standard for Cross-Border Partners
| Type | Assessment criteria |
| TSP | Starting from the 31st day after TSP onboard, the partner must meet the following monthly requirements: * Complete at least 10 valid LIVEs under one account connected with merchants, or post at least 10 valid e-commerce short videos under one official account connected with merchants, and * Have a total GMV of more than 0 among all connected accounts. Related definitions: * Valid LIVEs: 1) The LIVE is e-commerce related with a yellow shopping cart, and the products are uploaded to TikTok Shop; 2) The LIVE is more than 1.5 hours with more than 6 products included; 3) The host will need to present products and guide customers to make orders. * Valid e-commerce short videos: the content is in accord with the platform rules. *If the partner does NOT meet any requirement above, the partner shall be removed from the TTSPC, and the partner can re-apply in 60 days. However, if the partner fail again, the same partner shall not be able to re-apply once again. |
| MCN | * Assessment method: * Institutional background account number binding > 3 (Note: The account number is the self-incubated account individual approval number actually operated by the institution, and the illegal binding is regarded as a violation of the platform rules and is not included in the valid bound account data); * Institution background bound account assessment cycle GMV > 0 dollars ; * No violation of platform rules (recording and broadcasting, pirated broadcasting) and other underground industry behaviors; * The relationship between the above three types of assessments is or, that is, one of them does not meet the assessment standards, and the institution is approved. * Institutions that do not meet the requirements of the assessment can apply again after 60 days. If they are dismissed again because the assessment does not meet the standards, the same subject can not apply for admission again. |
| Affiliate partner | * Assessment Partners: The partners who have been qualified to be TAP for over 90 days can participate in the assessment. The partners who have been qualified to be TAP for less than 90 days, including the new TAPs and the ones who have re-registered, are not able to be assessed. * Assessment method: On the 1st day of each month, we will assess the amount of crossborder settlement GMV and the number of creators with sales for the sales amount paid in the past 90 days. During the past 90 days, if the crossborder settlement GMV is equal or over 1000$, and the number of creators with sales is equal or over 5, the TAP eligibility will be preserved. If the TAP doesn't meet this standard, the TAP will receive the dismissal notice and the system authority will be withdrawn on 15th of the month. * After being dismissed by the platform due to unqualified performance assessment, there are the following tips: * From the day when the authority of the TAP is revoked, you can not apply for the TAP system again within 30 days. You can apply again after 30 days. * If the performance assessment fails to meet the standard TWICE, the authority of the TAP will be permanently revoked at the second time, and it will not be possible to apply for activation again. |

| Shop On-boarding Service | Starting from the first natural month after the partner onboard, it needs to meet the requirements of relevant performance indicators in each subsequent natural month. If the partner does NOT meet requirements for two consecutive months, it will be removed from the TTSPC,and the partner can re-apply in 60 days. However, if the partner fail again, the same subject shall not be able to re-apply once again. The partner must meet the following specific requirements: 1) The number of active TikTok Shop sellers recommended by the partner in a natural month is more than 100; 2）The number of active TikTok Shop sellers with paid deposits recommended by the partner in a natural month is more than 30; |
