Note: Agency-Creator IM is available to Creator Agency Partners (CAP) and/or TikTok Shop Affiliate Partners (TAP) - manage and work directly with creators.

Connect directly with creators through TikTok Shop's Agency-Creator IM system. Send instant messages within the platform - no external messaging needed. Track creator engagement seamlessly.

§4 Message Limits
Message Limits
Send up to 5 messages per creator monthly before receiving a response. Enjoy unlimited messaging with linked creators and active collaborations.
§5 Who Gets Access
Who Gets Access
The feature is available for both CAP and TAP Agencies. The IM function entry point will be displayed on the TTSPC navigation bar when you log in select CAP, TAP or All Roles.

Sub-accounts do not automatically have access to the IM feature. To grant access, go to My Account > Team Members > Add New Role, and check "Instant Messaging with Creators" for sub-accounts.
