Creator Management - Find Creators (US)

What is Find Creators？

Find creators helps CAPs discover and partner with TikTok’s Creator community.

How It Works？

• Find creators is a set of features that enable CAPs to connect and collaborate with Creators.
• CAPs can view the contact information of the creator or send an invitation with one click.
• CAPs can search for creators by using filters such as Creators, Followers, and Performance.

What type of creator can be found on Find Creators？

Creators who have e-commerce permissions and are not official or marketing accounts.

How to use Find creators？

Step 1 - Navigate to Find creators

Log in to your TikTok Shop Partner Center account and click "Creator Management" followed by "Find creators". Image

Step 2 - Apply filters to find the right creators

You can use the following filters as you need：

• Creators
• Product category
• Avg. commission rate
• Content type
• Creator agency
• Category pro
• Fast growing
• LIVE creator

• Follower age
• Follower count
• Follower gender

• Performance
• GMV
• Items sold
• Avg. views per video
• Avg. views per LIVE
• Engagement rate
• Brand collaborations

Note:

1. When the mouse clicks on the "?" icon, the definition of the filter will be displayed

1. If there is no creator information under the filter, it may be because the creator has not authorized that data to be shared.

Step 3 - Check the creator's detailed information

Once you find a creator you are interested in, you can click on their profile to see more detailed information about the creator along with their contact information.

1. You can check creator basic information including：
2. Profile photo; account name; nickname, profile information of profile homepage
3. Click the TikTok icon to jump to the creator TT details page
4. Click the QR code icon to see a QR code icon which you can scan to view the creator homepage

Step 4 - Invite the creator

After finding a creator you would like to work with, click the invite button.

You will need to select the invitation purpose, provide a message to the creator (no more than 500 words), and your contact information (at least one type contact) in order to send an invitation. Invitation purpose: For CAPs, please choose "Establishing a long-term partnership with the creator". For affiliate partners, please choose "Inviting the creator for product distribution". Message to creator: We recommend sharing a brief overview of your agency along with the advantages of working with you. Contact information: We recommend providing your WhatsApp, email address, and phone number to provide creators with multiple options to reach out to you.

FAQ

Q1: Why is the contact information of some creators unavailable? A creator is able to turn off displaying information causing their contact information to not be displayed on Find Creators. Q2: Is there a limit to how many invites I can send out? A CAP can only send out 100 invites a day to creators.
