Possible reasons are as follows: a. Invalid authorization link:

If you generate an authorization link using parameters such as "sign" and "timestamp" (see https://open.shopee.com/developer-guide/20for details), the seller needs to complete the shop authorization within 10 minutes. After the timeout, please use a new authorization link to proceed with the subsequent authorization steps.

b. Expiration of the shop login page or the shop authorization page:

When generating the authorization link using the new method (for details, please refer to https://open.shopee.cn/announcements/902), although the link itself has no expiration, the shop login and authorization pages are still time-sensitive. After accessing the authorization link, the seller must log in within 10 minutes and complete the authorization within 24 hours. Once the time limit has passed, the page will expire. In such cases, do not refresh the window. Instead, simply reopen the authorization link to continue with the authorization process.
