c) After verifying your seller account successfully, you will be redirected to the Add Individual Profile page. Your username will be auto-filled based on your seller account username. Fill in the remaining fields before the submission.
⚠ Note:
- While the submission is undergoing review, you can still change the linked Shopee Seller account by repeating Steps 1a-c.
- After a submitted application is approved, the seller account linked to your Open Platform account can no longer be edited.
- How can I add users to my App(s)?
You can add users by using the authorization link or via the App List page on Shopee Open Platform Console. Both methods require you to sign in to your Shopee Open Platform account, helping us verify that the shop/merchant accounts and the App(s) are owned by you.
Here’s how you can authorize your Seller In-house System App(s) to access data from your own shops/merchants:
a) Select Authorize to grant the App's access to shop/merchant details.
b) Select Unlink to remove App’s access to shop/merchant details.
⚠ Note:
- To verify that you own the shops/merchants currently linked to your Seller In-house System Apps, you must renew any existing authorizations by 18 October 2021. Or else, these authorizations will be automatically removed on October 19, 2021, 12:00 AM, SGT. Reauthorizations will be valid for 365 days.
- The authorization process for other types of Apps remains unchanged.
