Q1 > Can a single company apply for multiple developer accounts?

A > No, a single company can only register one developer account. If your company has already registered for a Shopee Open Platform account, please use the existing account to integrate with Shopee OpenAPI. Do not apply for multiple accounts.

Q2 > If my system is a Desktop App and there is no LIVE product URL available for testing, how should this field be filled out?

A > For a Desktop App, please provide the product's official website in the LIVE product URL field. In the Remark section, include a link to documentation that explains your product's current specifications (such as third-party integrations, data security measures, etc.) and the planned integration method with Shopee.

Q3 >> How should the information in the Supporting Document be filled out? A >

1. Uploaded Signed Declaration：After the first phase review, we will provide the template for uploading information.

2. Live Product Screenshots：*Not required for developers in TW market.

3. Live Test Account Credentials：

3.1. Website URL of Live Product：The login URL of the product or service.

3.2. Username of Live Test Account：The account username for logging into the product or service.

3.3. Password of Live Test Account：The password for logging into the product or service.
