Why does calling V2.global_product.create_publish_task return an error "message": "Publish failed, you have published this global item to shop in the same region, and published item is not deleted or unlisted."
The same MTSKU (global item id) can be published to multiple regions, but can only be published to one shop in one region. For example, if the Global item id has published a shop in Malaysia, and the product is not in the status of seller deleted/unlisted, it will not be valid. It can be republished to other shops in Malaysia. That is, MTSKU (global item id) can only have at most one MPSKU in each region.
Note: If Shopee deletes the products in this region, so that you cannot view it, this error will still be reported.
