The flow for ISV users to upload supporting documents

All existing Third-party Partner Platform (ISV) developers should upload supporting documents through the Shopee Open Platform Console under Personal Center -> Account Information.

There are three parts:

1. Upload Signed Declaration:

Download the Declaration Template, sign it, and then upload the signed document.

2. Live Product Screenshots

Please refer to the sample and upload screenshots of your system in the production environment, ensuring that the screenshots demonstrate your system is not collecting user PII (Personally Identifiable Information).

3)Live Test Account Credentials

Please provide the credentials for a live test account in the production environment that can be used to verify your live system.

Supplement：The declaration template will not be displayed in the TW region due to local policies.
