What is the relationship between Merchant and Shop? What is the relationship between the Main Account and the Sub Account?

Both KRSC sellers or normal sellers can have a Main Account and multiple Sub Accounts. The system concepts of Merchant/Shop and Main/Sub Account are two distinct ideas.

A KRSC seller account can have multiple Merchants, and one Merchant can have multiple Shops in different regions.

Main Account: It is a Master Account with the highest authority. It can manage all Shops and distribute different levels of responsibility to Sub Accounts. The format of the Main Account is XXX:main, such as maidehao:main.

Sub Account: It is created and configured by the Main Account with limited capabilities and is only assigned to certain members, usually company employees (i.e. operation staff, customer service... etc.). The Sub Account is formatted as XXX: Sub Account name, such as maidehao:xiaowang. Kindly note that KRSC sellers can only approve the shop authorizations through the Main Account, not the Sub Account.

Merchant: It is a company under the Main Account. After a Main Account is activated, multiple Merchants can be added.

Shop: Shop (including the ones across different regions) is under the Merchant. The Main Account can delegate different Sub Accounts to manage shops.
