Significant OpenAPI Updates

尊敬的开发者，

请留意以下变动：

1. 对于Cross Border SIP卖家， 在调用GetOrderDetails接口获取SIP Affiliate shop(A shop)订单详情时，escrow_amount字段目前返回的是SIP Primary Shop(P shop)货币单位对应的金额，currency字段目前返回的仍是A shop的货币单位。建议在使用escrow_amount字段金额时采用P shop对应的货币单位。

Please find below updates:

1. For Cross Border SIP sellers, when calling the GetOrderDetails API to retrieve the details of SIP Affiliate shop(A shop) order, the escrow_amount will be the corresponding amount in currency used in Primary Shop(P shop). The currency data still returns the currency in A shop. It’s recommended to adopt the P shop currency when using the escrow_amount.
