[Important]新增中国大陆开发者访问接口域名

尊敬的开发者，请留意以下变动：

Shopee 提供一个新的api 域名供中国大陆开发者使用，请您将接口前缀https://partner.shopeemobile.com替换成https://openplatform.shopee.cn，旧域名依旧可以访问，但可能会出现连接超时或无法返回数据的情况，所以建议您尽快切换。如果是其他地区的开发者，无需切换域名。

请注意：

V1和V2接口都适用新域名，中国大陆开发者特指服务器在中国大陆。

Dear developers,

Shopee provides a new api domain name for developer in China mainland, please replace the api prefix https://partner.shopeemobile.com with https://openplatform.shopee.cn. The old domain name can still be accessed, but the connection may time out or the data cannot be returned, so it is recommended that you switch as soon as possible. For developers in other regions, there is no need to switch domain names.

Noted:

Both V1 and V2 apis are applicable to the new domain name, China mainland developers refer to their servers in China mainland.
