Significant Open Platform and OpenAPI Updates

Dear Developers.

Please note the following changes:

Kindly take note of the following changes effective 9 May 2024.

To minimize the impact on all developer systems when switching between a new Live Partner Key and an old Live Partner Key. We have implemented a 5 minute transition period for all developers. During this period, developers can use the old Live Partner Key and the new Live Partner Key at the same time. After the period, only new Live Partner key will be effective, request with the old key to any open API, will get the error sign error.

Please refer [Important][Action Required] Regular Credential Reset For All Developers to check the previous announcement. Please raise an Open Platform Ticket in our Support Center if you have further questions or require further assistance.

2.Please note we had introduced new response fields to v2.payment.get_escrow_detail

-"prorated_coins_value_offset_return_items"

-"prorated_shopee_voucher_offset_return_items"

-"prorated_seller_voucher_offset_return_items"

-"prorated_payment_channel_promo_bank_offset_return_items"

-"prorated_payment_channel_promo_shopee_offset_return_items"

when one order including an adjustable Return&Refund, will response with value, if it's a full RR or normal order will response 0.

3.To enable ID local sellers with Instant+Sameday Orders to identify packed parcels via a short code, we had introduced a new response field "pickup_code" to v2.logistics.get_tracking_number and v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info for specific drivers to using the pickup_code to pickup parcels.

当一个订单包括可调整(adjustable)的退货退款（Return&Refund）时，将返回对应的值，如果是全额退货退款或普通订单，则返回为 0。

3.为了让 ID 本地卖家能够通过简短代码识别Instant 和Sameday 订单方便3PL取货，我们在 v2.logistics.get_tracking_number 和 v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info 中引入了一个新的响应字段 “pickup_code”，以便司机使用 pickup_code 提取包裹。
