[Important] [PH] Update for customized Air Waybills (AWB) of Instant Delivery

Dear Developer,

The update is only applicable to developers who provide customized AWBs for PH local sellers using Instant Delivery services.

To facilitate sorting and distribution of parcels, Shopee PH is requiring the display of pick_code on customized AWBs of Instant Delivery channel.

Required Action

When calling the v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info API, there is a new short code returned under the "pickup_code" response parameter. Please ensure that you display the pickup_code (e.g. “346A”) in bold on the upper left corner of the AWB.

Failure to comply may result in parcels being rejected for pickup/dropoff, delays in fulfillment, and developer penalties such as restrictions on API access and new shop authorizations.

Note: If you are unable to add pickip_code to your customized AWBs by the Effective Date on Live, we strongly advise you to use Shopee System AWBs by calling the v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info, v2.logistics.create_shipping_document, v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_result and v2.logistics.download_shipping_document APIs in sequence, instead of using customized AWBs.

调用 v2.logistics.get_shipping_document_data_info 时，接口的 “pickup_code” 响应参数将返回一个短代码 (例如 “346A” )，请确保在自画面单左上角以粗体格式展示该 pickup_code。 如未按要求操作，包裹可能会被拒收/拒收，导致发货延迟，并可能受到开发者处罚，例如限制 API 访问权限和店铺授权。 请参考下方的示例。
