New channel information:

Changes from 1 to 2 logistic channels that are related to Instant Delivery - ส่งทันที. These channels aim for faster delivery for sellers who have capability to fast pack their products.

Logistics Channel ID: 70124

Logistics Channel Name: Instant Delivery - ส่งทันที (แพ็ค 30 นาที)

Order from this channel must arrange shipment within 30 mins. If not, sellers may receive a penalty from late order shipment. Operations must be completed within 1 hour, starting from the time that order status changes to ready to ship.

Logistics Channel ID: 70126

Logistics Channel Name: Instant Delivery - ส่งทันที (แพ็ค 2 ชั่วโมง)

Order from this channel must arrange shipment within 2 hours. If not, sellers may receive a penalty from late order shipment. Operations must be completed within 2 hours, starting from the time that order status changes to ready to ship.

Impacted Sellers:

Only whitelisted Thailand sellers will have access to the new Instant Delivery - ส่งทันที channels

Action Required:

For both Seller In-house developer and ISVs

1. Ensure your systems are updated to handle orders via the new Instant Delivery - ส่งทันที channel by the launch date

2. Test your integration with the new API endpoints to avoid any disruptions.
