§1 1. What's New
Your TikTok Shop Partner Center home page has a brand-new look. At its center is the Action Center, an at-a-glance area that surfaces what needs your attention, so you can act before things lapse and get into the right shop in one click. Seller Management has also been refreshed to make finding and working across shops faster. This guide walks you through what's new and how to use it. Image
§2 1.1 Never miss a renewal
1.1 Never miss a renewal
The new Expiring seller order reminder shows you, right on your home page, how many active seller orders are within 30 days of expiring. Click it to jump straight to a pre-filtered list and act before they lapse. See Section 3.1.
§3 1.2 Catch what is holding up your generated GMV
1.2 Catch what is holding up your generated GMV
The new Service details not approved reminder flags seller orders that still need approved service details, so nothing slips through unnoticed and you get recognized for the GMV you generate. See Section 3.2.
§4 1.3 Get into the right shop in one click
1.3 Get into the right shop in one click
Access Seller Center lets you log in to a seller's Seller Center without a password, straight from your home page. US-based partners also get a fast path to the multi-shop view. See Section 3.3.
§5 1.4 Find and filter shops faster
1.4 Find and filter shops faster
Seller Management now defaults to the Active tab, lets you search by shop name, shows more rows per page, and has a clearer column layout, so you spend less time searching. See Section 3.4.
§6 2. Product Overview
The Action Center is the new at-a-glance area on your TikTok Shop Partner Center home page. It surfaces the items that need action across the sellers you manage and gives you a one-click path to resolve each one. It brings together:
- Action Required reminders - the Expiring seller order and Service details not approved cards, each with a count and a direct link into a pre-filtered Seller Management list.
- Access Seller Center quick login - log in to a seller's Seller Center without a password, with a fast multi-shop path for US-based partners.
- Seller Management improvements - search, filtering, and layout updates that make working across shops faster.
Use this guide to answer questions like:
- Which of my seller orders are about to expire, and where do I act?
- Which seller orders still need approved service details?
- How do I log in to a seller's Seller Center without a password?
- How do I find a specific shop or work across several shops faster?
§7 3. How It Works
#§8 3.1 Acting on expiring seller orders
3.1 Acting on expiring seller orders
On your home page, the Expiring seller order card in the Action Center shows how many active seller orders expire within the next 30 days. Click the card to open a pre-filtered Seller Management list of exactly those orders, then renew or follow up before they lapse. A few things to know:
- The count covers active seller orders within 30 days of expiry.
- Counts are near-real-time and cached, so a number may lag by a few minutes. It refreshes periodically and on home page refresh.

§9 3.2 Resolving service details not approved
3.2 Resolving service details not approved
The Service details not approved card shows seller orders that have no approved or pending service details. Because missing service details can hold up recognition for the GMV you generate, clearing these makes sure your generated GMV gets recognized. Click the card to open the filtered list, then add or submit the service details in Seller Management. A few things to know:
- A seller order appears here when it has no approved or pending service details.
- Resolve it by submitting the service details for that seller order in Seller Management.

§10 3.3 Logging into Seller Center with Shop Management
3.3 Logging into Seller Center with Shop Management
From your home page, use Shop Management to log in to a seller's Seller Center without a password. If you are a US-based partner, you also get a fast path to the multi-shop view, where you can select several shops in one login and switch between them without logging in again. A few things to know:
- Quick login requires an active service order and the operations permission for that shop. If either is missing, login will not be available for that shop.
- The multi-shop view is available to US-based partners only.

§11 3.4 Finding shops in Seller Management
3.4 Finding shops in Seller Management
Open Seller Management from the menu. It now opens on the Active tab by default, so you see your live shops first. Use shop-name search to find a specific seller, page through larger result sets with the bigger page size, and read the clearer column layout at a glance. Image
§12 4. Tips for Getting the Most Out of It
- Start your day in the Action Center. Both reminder counts tell you what needs attention before anything lapses.
- Click the count, don't search. Each reminder opens a pre-filtered list, so you go straight to the orders that need you.
- Clear service details early. Resolving "Service details not approved" makes sure you get recognized for the GMV you generate, so treat it as an action item, not an error.
- Use quick login to save time. Skip the password step and jump straight into a seller's Seller Center from your home page.
- Work across shops in one session (US partners). Use the multi-shop view to move between shops without logging in again.
- Lean on search and the Active tab. Seller Management opens on Active and supports shop-name search, so finding a shop is faster.
