§2 Overview
For CAP Agencies managing multiple LIVE simultaneously, it is essential to have a clear and streamlined way to monitor all creators' LIVE performances at a glance. The new LIVE Analytics feature with upgraded LIVE Dashboard page on TikTok Shop Partner Center, enables CAP Agencies with an overview of all ongoing and completed livestreams, helping them quickly identify any livestreams or creators that may need support. Navigate to: Partner Center > Analytics > LIVE Analytics
§3 What is LIVE Analytics?

LIVE Analytics is a one-stop hub where CAP Agencies can:
- View all sellers and creators' ongoing livestreams and get a high level overview of each LIVE's performances
- Filter by LIVE status, Creator type, or LIVE starting time to zoom into specific LIVE's that you'd like to focus on
- Quickly identify LIVEs that are in Violation or Need Attention
- Access all livestreams and export a custom report ... and more! Read on to find out.

On the LIVE card, you'll be able to see the creator's name, read comments and view the pinned product. This allows you to address the topics being discussed in the comments and easily track which product the creator is promoting.

At All LIVEs, you can select or search for a specific creator and view the list of livestreams that the creator has completed. This allows you to strategize with the respective creator by analysing the variance in performances between different LIVE sessions and identify what works well, or what can be improved.

Click onto "LIVE dashboard" at the end of the LIVE list to see more details on the specific LIVE performance. Image Image Use the "Performance trends" module to understand deviation patterns of important LIVE trends during and after the LIVEs, and click onto "Product", "Promotion" and "Violation" tabs to find product lists, violation records, and promotion giveaways associated to a LIVE. Use the "Export all LIVE data" button to download a list of livestreams and get a report featuring LIVE performances based on the metrics you had customised for viewing.

- This is likely because you do not have any bound sellers, or there are no ongoing LIVEs happening at the moment.
- I'm unable to see any livestreams on the All Livestreams page. Why is that?
- This is likely because there were no historical livestreams created by sellers or creators.
