To better measure the actual contribution of TSP to the Seller, the platform is now supporting TSP to upload Service Details. The platform will be able to check your information to verify your service. Please note: You can still work with the seller without service details. However, only authorizations with approved service details will be recognized as valid for GMV performance and will qualify for further platform incentives.

After getting authorization from the seller, TSP can visit Seller management ➤ Service Details to create a Service Details for specific authorization.

To verify your service with a seller, please provide the actual service details, including the service proof files and the service cycle For service proof files, you can upload various forms of documentation as proof of your service. Acceptable types include official emails from the seller, permits from the seller, service contracts, or seller invoices. *The proof file uploaded should at least include:
- Party names
- Period
- Service category
- Signature from the seller
For the service cycle, please match with your proof files and the real service period. By submitting, you confirm your submission is voluntary and your document does not contain confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information

§5 Step 3: Check the review status

After uploading the Service Details-related information, TSP can go to the "Service Details" page to check the review status and manage the contract. Including View details, downloading contract files, and deleting and reuploading. Please note
- Only Service Details in the pending review status can be deleted.
- The Service Details can not be edited after they are approved.

For rejected service details, you can check "view details" to check the rejection reason and resubmit.

§6 Approval status
Approval status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending Review | After TSP submits the contract, the Service Details status changes to Pending Review, waiting for the TSP manager to approve. |
| Approved | The TSP manager reviews and agrees to the Service Details terms, and the Service Details status is updated to approved. At this time, the Service Details can not be further edited. |
| Rejected | TSP manager rejects the Service Details terms after review. Reasons for rejection are usually given, and TSP may need to modify and resubmit the Service Details based on feedback. |
| Cancelled | The Service Details were canceled by TSP before or during the review process |
| Deleted | The Service Details are deleted by TSP |

No, it won't affect your existing authorization. However, it is required to calculate your incentives and assess your performance with TikTok Shop. For more details on the policy, please reach out to your TSP Manager.

It will not affect the service details, which have already been uploaded.

If your Service Details are approved, you can not edit the contract again. If your Service Details is under review, you can delete your Service Details and upload it again.
