[US TSP] TSP Service Offer

TSP Service allows TSPs to bundle service lists and offer authorization details for sellers to review and authorize. TSP will have two options to get authorization from the seller. Option 1: Default authorization application TSPs can share the “Default authorization application” link with the seller. The seller will need to select authorization details Option 2: Prefill service offer [NEW] TSPs can offer authorization details by clicking "pre-fill service offer", allowing sellers to either confirm or modify them as necessary.

1. Enhance authorization efficiency: TSPs can offer authorization details, allowing sellers to choose without back-and-forth communication.
2. Authorize multiple services at once: Instead of authorizing services individually, sellers can now authorize entire TSP service packages through a single service offer.

TSP can navigate to the TikTok Shop Partner Center > Seller Management > Create Service offer or go to the APP& Service > service detail page> pre-fill service order to create a service offer. Image Image

After clicking "Create Service offer" and offer the needed authorization, including:

1. Select authorization service: TSP can choose multiple services in one service offer(including public and custom service)
2. Note: TSP can only choose up to 10 services in one service offer.
3. Choose service duration: service start date and end date
4. Contact info(optional): Seller's contact information, can be skipped for the seller to fill
5. Related authorization:
6. Authorize object: Shop/TTUID or both
7. Ticket authorization: whether to enable TSP to raise tickets on behalf of Seller on TikTok Partner Center
8. TSP Access: whether to enable TSP to log into the seller center and operate related function
9. Seller Center DATA Compass Auth: whether to enable TSP to access data compass

After creating a service offer, TSP can go to My service offer to manage all created service offers, and click "copy link" to share the seller with an authorization link

After receiving TSPs' service offer link, the seller can open the authorization link and check all TSP offered authorizations. The seller can choose to authorize with one click or edit based on need. Image Image Image Image

Q1: Will this service offer replace the existing authorization workflow?

No, the service offered was an additional option for TSP to choose from. If TSP chooses the default authorization application, TSP can still share the authorization link with the seller, The Seller will need to authorize it themselves
