§1 Overview

For CAP agencies, it is important that they can monitor the performance of their creators and identify top creators and content that is performing well. As a result, we have introduced a new Data Overview page dedicated to presenting the core information needed for operation monitoring, to enhance monitoring and issue finding capabilities for agencies' bound creators, and allow agencies to identify help improve creators posting rate of the products added to showcase.

§2 Benefits

  1. Overview of core business metrics as well as trend comparisons that allows for further analysis of the core data related to revenue, creator and content performance.
  2. Creator performance diagnostics that denotes key collaborated creators that need attention and those that have potential to grow.
  3. Easy viewing of top content (ongoing LIVES and videos) and that helps you to identify creator's performance via trend data and creator growth data.

§3 Why use this data overview feature?

Below we have highlighted use cases for why it's useful for CAP agencies to use this new Data Overview section within the Partner Centre.

§4 Use Case 1

Use Case 1

I want to get an overview and understand trends for my CAP business performance:

  • Users will be able to readily view core data metrics for their performance over the selected time frame
  • The list of metrics available at this time will include:
  • Affiliate GMV
  • Est. Commissions
  • Commission base
  • Items sold
  • Affiliate Orders
  • Direct GMV
  • Direct refund GMV
  • Refunded items
  • Additionally, users can choose to view and compare trends across these core data metrics for the selected time period

§5 Use Case 2

Use Case 2

I want to understand which creators have generated the highest sales and helped to generate the most revenue, and who I should follow up with due to low performance

  • The Creator Performance section identifies creators who have made sales in the current or previous periods and their performance.
  • You will see 2 different headings under this section:
  • Attention - This includes the following:
  • Creators whose revenue has dropped significantly compared to the previous period
  • Potential: These are creators who have contributed positively to your agency's overall revenue.

§6 Use Case 3

Use Case 3

I want to easily access and identify top performing content across LIVES and videos for my creators.

  • In order to enable users to understand which creators are producing content that is generating sales, they can go to the Content Performance section.
  • Here, agencies can see the top 20 content pieces that have been produced by the creators that have a binding relationship with. This includes data for Ongoing LIVEs as well as Videos that have been produced.
  • For each of these top ranking lists, users will be able to select and rank the Ongoing Lives and Video data by: GMV, Order and Views.
  • Agencies can also turn the option on for 'real-time' data which is especially useful, if you're trying to see data for LIVEs as they are taking place.

§7 Entrance

CAPs can navigate to the functionality within TTSPC by navigating to Analytics > Data Overview **** They can then select the particular country (if they are registered as CAP in multiple countries) to view that country's particular affiliate CAP specific data.

§9 Date filter

Date filter

  1. You can easily select the date range for the data on the top left side. This date range will apply to all succeeding metrics displayed
  2. By default the last 7 days will be selected.

§10 Core Data

Core Data

  1. The core data section will display the following aggregated metrics:
  2. Affiliate GMV: The total amount of paid orders (including returns and refunds) attributed from this affiliate within 14 days of clicking product links in their content.
  3. Est. Commissions: The amount of commission we estimate creator can earn on all paid or unpaid cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, non-COD orders, and refunded orders.
  4. Commission base: The amount of order refunds generated from this creator the selected period.
  5. Items sold: The number of products sold through this affiliate during the selected period, including items in refunded orders.
  6. Affiliate Orders: The total amount of paid orders generated from Affiliates
  7. Direct GMV: Direct GMV is the total amount paid for orders including returns and refunds. This excludes any form of attributed GMV
  8. Direct refund GMV: The cumulative amount refunded to buyers during the selected period based on Direct GMV achieved. This means that the Refund GMV only calculates GMV from refunded orders based on buyer's last clicked content type and excludes any form of refunded orders from attributed GMV.
  9. Refunded items: Number of items with refund from affiliate orders during selected time period

  1. Below each metric you can find the % deviation (increase or decrease) of the metric over the selected date range:
  2. Green color reflecting positive changes (increase in % vs previous period)
  3. Red color reflecting negative changes (decrease in % vs previous period)
  4. You will find the toggle to compare Trends and when switched on, this will allow you to compare up to 2 core metrics with each other. The trends of these two selected metrics will be displayed over the selected date range in a graph.

§11 Creator Performance

Creator Performance

The aim of this section is to provide more action-oriented insights so that agencies can identify actions for their bound creators.

  1. Attention (this lists 3 different metrics):
  2. Creators whose revenue has dropped significantly compared to the previous period
  3. Creators who have not added products into their showcase
  4. Creators who have not yet posted content

Note: Only creators who are bound and have authorised data sharing access with their agency will be displayed here.

  1. Potential:
  2. These are creators who have contributed positively to their agency's overall revenue.
  3. Next to both Attention and Potential sections, you will find [View list] and [Export list] options:
  4. View list: When you click on this, you will see a diagnostic category for each individual creator that has been identified. These category tags are intended to help CAPs easily identify why a particular Creator has been flagged in this section
  5. Export list: This allows you to download the list for offline analysis via Excel.

§12 Core Metrics

Core Metrics

  • Creators with sales: The number of creators that generated in revenue during the selected period
  • Creators posting contents: The number of creators posting videos or having livestreams during the selected period
  • Creators with adding products: The number of creators adding products into the showcase during the selected period
  • Authorized Creators: The number of creators that agreed authorization during the selected period
  • % of creators with sales: This is calculated as **** Creators with sales / Authroized Creators * 100%
  • % of creator posting content: This is calculated as Creators posting contents / Authroized Creators * 100%
  • % of creator adding products: This is calculated as **** Creators with adding products / Authroized Creators * 100%

Similarly to the Core Data section above, you will find the toggle to compare Trends and when switched on, this will allow you to compare up to 2 core metrics with each other. The trends of these two selected metrics will be displayed over the selected date range in a graph.

  1. This section highlights the different GMV ranges that creators fall into
  2. Agencies can use this to track fluctuations, allowing them to understand which creators have had a decrease in their GMV.

§14 Creator ranking

Creator ranking

This displays up to the top 20 creators that have been ranked by GMV or by Order that have generated.

  • In addition to the Creator, further information will be available regarding:
  • Creator name
  • Contribute %: this is the amount of GMV the creator has generated for the agency
  • GMV: this is the GMV generated by the Creator
  • % deviation in GMV generated (compared to previous period)
  • You can also select [View All] and this re-directs to the Custom Report page where you can find information for all the creators you have a binding relationship with.
  • You can also click on the creator name which will direct you to the Creator Analytics page.

§17 Top contents

Top contents

This displays the top 20 content pieces that have been produced by your bound creators. This includes data for Ongoing LIVEs as well as Videos that have been produced. You will notice a toggle button called Real time. When switched on, the top 20 ongoing LIVEs will automatically be displayed by GMV. When switched off, you will be able to view historical LIVES as well.

  1. Top 20 Ongoing LIVES:
  2. You can choose to display the top 20 Ongoing LIVES list by one of the following: GMV, Orders or Views.

  1. If you select a creator in this section, you will be redirected to the [LIVE Console] where you can monitor the data for the LIVE as it's taking place.

  1. Top 20 Videos
  2. For this section, you will be be able to see the video under the [Video info] heading. If you click on the video, a new screen will pop up where you can view the video that is live on that creator's page
  3. The creators name will be displayed beneath each video
