What is linked Creator?
Creator Management is a set of features that enable MCN/CAP to check and manage creator partnership/data/fee agreement linking relationships in an official way.

Feature introducation
To build partnerships with creators, you can go to [creator management]➤ [manage partnerships] page and manage linking relationships with creators Note: if you are a cross-border partner and have multiple market certifications of "creator management ", you can switch the market as follows. After that, you can check and use features under the chosen market.

§5 Step 1: Go to [creator management] ➤ [manage partnerships] and click [Add new creators].

Note：
- Under the "creator management" category, you can only link with non-official and non-marketing creator accounts and creators in the same market.
- Eg. If you are a cross-border partner and have TH and UK market certification, when you add UK creator, UK creator will be added under UK market certification automatically and you can check the linking data by switching to the "UK market"

§6 Step 2: Fill in the TikTok account user name and expiration date
Step 2: Fill in the TikTok account user name and expiration date
Note: in United Kingdom, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore , Malaysia, and the Philippines. for the first linking relationship, the maximum linking period is two months . After first linking, the maximum linking period is one year. In Thailand, the maximum linking period is one year no matter if it's first linking or not.

§7 Step 3: Creator receives linking request
Step 3: Creator receives linking request
After you send the link request, your creator can check [Account Linking Request] as below and approve or decline the request. 📌 Note: The expiration date of linking request is 7 days . If creator doesn't reply in 7 days, you need resend the request

How to check and manage the linking status？
You can check the linking status on managed partnerships . The description and actions under different tabs are as follows:

For Non-UK Market, MCN/CAP can unlink with Creator without creators' permission For UK Market, If MCN/CAP raise unlink requests on TTSPC:[manage partnership] ➤ [remove], this record will go to “Unlink Requested" tab

- If creator accepts the unlink request, the linking relationship with the agency will end and MCN will not be able to access creators' data. MCN unlinked request will be moved to the [Not link-unlinked] tab.
- If the creator has not replied in 7 days.The unlink request will be automatically approved and MCN unlinked request will be moved to the [Not link-unlinked] tab.

If creator declines the unlink request from MCN, then the linking relationship will still be valid before expiration, the MCN unlinked request will be moved to linked tab.

§12 How to extend the linking relationship with creator？
How to extend the linking relationship with creator？
We will start to remind you that your linking relationship with this account will expire within one month. For creator/merchant that will expire within 15 days, we will update the remaining binding days every day. If you still want to continue to cooperate with this account, please extend the linking in time to avoid affecting the incentive policy.

Step 1 You can click the [extend]button to renew the linking expiration date with creator.

Step 2 Fill in the corresponding account expiry date. Note : The default renewal start time begins with the last binding expiration time

Step 3 The linked creator account agrees to the extended invitation on TikTok Creator can check the extended partnership message as below：

Q2：What happens if the binding to the TikTok account has expired but the extension is initiated and the TikTok account has not confirmed the extended invitation before expiration?
(eg： the binding period between partner A and account B expired on March 25, and the partner initiated the extended invitation on March 20, but account B still did not accept the extended invitation until March 25) A：If you still want to cooperate with this account, please find the corresponding account in the 【not linked】 tab and apply for binding again.
