📌 This feature is only available for MCN, CAP, TAP partners on TTSPC. Available Market: US,UK,ID,MY,VN,TH,PH,SG

Product management includes Product Marketplace and Product Sets which allow you to:

1. Find and select products: you can view/search/filter products according to your needs in the product marketplace
2. Create your product set and share with creator: you can create a product set and share with your creator using one link

📌 Note Product marketplace will be accessible for all MCN（Category:creator management）and TAP （Category:Seller and Scalable Creator Match-up).

MCN & TAP Feature Guide

Step 1 - Pick your products

The Product Marketplace is where you can search and discover products that you would like to share with your creators. Currently, there are three different ways you can find products:

• Search: Use the search bar to look for specific products, categories, or brands that match your interest.
• Product rankings: If you're unsure where to start looking for products, the product rankings section is a great place to get inspiration. This section is only available in certain regions.
• For you: You can find recommended products based on your preference. The more you use this section, the more customized the results will be.

*If you are cross-boarder MCN & TAP and have multiple markets certification, please choose the market first.

Filter

• Use filters to narrow down the number of products you're looking at.
• Filter products by category, price, high score rating, commission rate, product sales, store rating, and free samples.
• Check the "Top LIVE picks" filter to identify high quality LIVE products recommended for your creators.

Product details Click the product card to know more about this product. Note: the product details page only displays basic information. Currently, you cannot contact or shop in the app（button is invalid）

Tips: How to find the contact information of sellers You can click contact information on the product card. If the seller didn't provide any contact info, you can instead use the creator product marketplace to contact seller by IM. Image

Step 2 - Add products to your product set

How to add a product to your product set？ Option 1: click "add" on product card Click add and choose a product set to add to your created product set. 💁♀️ Tips:

1. You can choose multiple product sets
2. You can also uncheck if you want to remove the products that have already been added to your product set
3. You can create a new product set while adding products. If you need to cancel it, you can go to product set tab

Option 2: copy the product link and add Copy the product link and paste your link into [product set]-[add products]

Note：

1. You can add a maximum of 50 product set
2. For each product set, you can only add up to 100 products *(which is the same creator's side, the shopping bag can only have up to 100 products in the LIVE room)

How to create a new product set?

You can create a product set under the product set tab or you can create a new product set while adding products quickly Option 1: Create a product set under the product set tab *If you are cross-boarder MCN&TAP, please choose the target market first

How to manage your product set?

1. Modify product set name and description.

📌 Note: The product set name and description will be displayed on the creator's side. Please pay attention to the wording and make it easy to find and understand from the creator's perspective

1. You can add/delete top products on the product list page.

⚠️ Please double confirm before deleting the product set. After deleting, the creator will be unable to check the product set (will not affect the product that creator has already added).

Step 3 - Share product set with your creator

Option 1: You can click "share" to add a creator.

Option 2: you can also go to product set ➤ manage shared creator ➤ share to add a creator

📌 Note:

1. You can only share product sets with linked creators
2. You can only choose maximum creators 20 to share at one time
3. One product set can be shared with up to 1000 creators

How to cancel sharing with creators? To cancel sharing, go to “manage shared creators” in the product set and delete the creator from the sharing list.

Add products in APP

Step 1 - Receive the product set

After sharing the product set, the creator will receive the product set and a message notification. The creator can go to TikTok Shop➤Live product set ➤Shared tab to check. The product set will be listed in time order, and there will be a partner name under the product set name--"shared from xxx"

Step 2 - Add products

By clicking the product set, the creator can choose a single product to add or click "add all to showcase". 📌 Note: If the creator has already added the products before, the products will show as "added" The creator can also add product sets to shop live: click "add all" or click product set to choose product one by one.

Add products on PC

Step 1 - Receive the product set

After sharing the product set, the creator will receive the product set on PC. The creator can go to Livestream➤Live product set ➤Shared product sets to check.

The product set will be ordered by update time. The creator can copy and delete the product sets shared by MCN/CAP Partners, but can not edit the shared sets. After copying, the new copied set will be displayed under the "your product sets" tab. Image

Step 2 - Add products

By clicking the product set, creator can choose a single or multiple products to add to showcase. 📌 Note: If creator has already added products before, products cannot be chosen anymore. Image

👉 If Product Set becomes invalid

If a partner unlinks with the creator or deletes the product set, the creator will receive a message and the product set will be inaccessible from creators' side (creator can delete it or after 30 days the product set will be deleted automatically).

👉 If Product Set updated

If you update new products in the product set, the creator side product set will be notified and the newly added product will add a "New" label. Image

Q: If I delete the product set that has already been added by creators, will it affect the current short video/live/showcase?

A: Deleting product sets won't affect the products already added by creators
