What is Affiliate Marketplace？

The Creator Marketplace helps MCN/CAP discover and partner with TikTok’s Creator community.

How It Works？

• The Creator Marketplace is a set of features that enable MCN/CAP to connect and collaborate with Creators.
• MCN/CAP can view the contact information of the creator or send an invitation with one click.
• Businesses search for partners by using filters such as Category, Creator attributes, and Followers.

What type of creator can be found on Affiliate Marketplace？

✅ creators who have e-commerce permissions ❌ creators who are not linked with other MCNs ❌ creators who are not official or marketing accounts

How to use Affiliate Marketplace？

Step 1 Check and find potential creators

You can go to [creator management] ➤[find creator] ➤[Affiliate Marketplace] and check the creator card on the marketplace You can use the following filters as you need：

1. Category: The first-level category to which the creator belongs
2. Creator attributes
3. Creator score(only in ID market): The creator score is calculated based on creator's GMV (sales), livestream count, average livestream viewers and viewing duration, video count, average video views and completed video view rate in the last 30 days
4. Creator type: The creator's better performing content type. Eg. The content type with higher GMV (sales)in the last 30 days
5. Followers profile: followers number/ followers age/ followers gender
6. Others
7. Quick to respond: Quick to respond means that creators are quicker to check and respond to messages.
8. Posts frequently: Frequent Posts mean that the creator has published a greater number of short videos or livestreams.
9. Reliable with samples: Reliable with samples means that the creator's fulfillment rate to showcase sellers' samples is well above average.

Note：If there is no creator information under the filter, it may be because creator has not authorized the data. *If you are a cross-border partner, you can switch markets and check creators under different markets. Image If you also have affiliate partner role, you can click "Managed By Agency" to filter creator linked with MCN. After clicking creator cards, you can go to creator details page to check the MCN to which this creator linked with. Image

Step 2 Check the creator's detailed information

1. You can check creator basic information including：
2. Profile photo; account name; nickname, profile information of profile homepage
3. Label icon (display status will be closed if the creator is not authorized), e-commerce rating, number of followers, product volume, main industry label (0-3)
4. You can click the TikTok icon to jump to the creator TT details page
5. Click the QR code icon you can scan to view the creator homepage
6. You can check the data of creators, including video/livestream GPM data （GMV generated by 1,000 shopping cart exposures in videos/livestream), published videos, videos views, like etc.

Note: data will be closed if the creator is not authorized

Step 3 Contact and Invite creator

(1)Check the contact info Click contact on the creator card or the creator details page, you can get the contact information (including WhatsApp and Email) and get a connection with creator. Image (2) Invite Creator After clicking the invite button, you can send an invitation to the creator with one click.

• You can choose invitation purpose if you are both MCN（creator management）and affiliate partner（Seller and Scalable Creator Match-up)
• For MCN: please choose "establish long-term linking relationship with creators"
• For affiliate partner： please choose "improve the efficiency of product distribution"

Image Image You need fill in the invitation message (no more than 500 words) and contact information (at least one type contact), click Send Invitation。

1. Invitation message: Filling in the Invitation Message to show the advantages of your company will help attract creators. 2.Information check: The basic information of your company will be synchronized to the creator 's side . In order to ensure the experience from the creator 's side, we suggest you check the information before inviting creators.

*How to check the information: You can go to my account→ profile → My category&market→view details ,you can also click [check information] on the invite creator page to jump directly to the company information for checking If there is inaccurate information, you can contact your account manager to deliver the modification requirement

1. Contact information: You can choose different contact information on the invitation page as below：
2. ID：WhatsAPP+Email+Phone（optional）
3. VN：Zalo+Email+Phone（optional）
4. PH：Viber+Email+Phone（optional）
5. MY：WhatsAPP+Email+Phone（optional）
6. TH：Line+Email+Phone（optional）

1. Invitation limitation:
2. You are allowed to send invitations to a maximum of 100 creators per day, and the same creator can only be sent once within 7 days.

*if you have both an Affiliate Partner and MCN ：

1. Invitation limitation: the total maximum invitation per day is 100, and the same creator can only be sent once within 7 days by both categories.
2. You can choose invitation intention when sending invitation to creators
3. For MCN: please choose "establish long-term linking relationship with creators"
4. For affiliate partner： please choose "improve the efficiency of product distribution"

Step 4 creator receives invitation

After you send the invitation, the creator will check this invitation in the [TikTok Shop Inbox]—[notification], which mainly includes the following information:

1. The invitation message filled in by you
2. The TOP 3 creators of your company ranking by the followers
3. Company Information: creator you partner with（the history linked creators accounts）,company name, service, category, introduction, address.

Creators who are interested in the MCN can click "I'm interested" button to get the contact information. Image Image Image

Step 5 Check Invitation history

You can go to [creator management] ➤[find creator] ➤[Invitation history] and we support the following functions:

1. Search for creator: Search by username/nickname
2. Filter function: Set the start and end time to filter the invitations within the time period
3. View invitation: View the latest invitation information (including invitation information and contact information) through viewing details
4. Resend invitation: support send an invitation to the creator again within one click Image Image

Note： You can switch the invitation intention if you have both MCN（creator management）and affiliate partner（Seller and Scalable Creator Match-up）role

• Creator partnership ：MCN role
• Product distribution：affiliate partner role

FAQ

Q1：Why is the contact information of some creators unable to check? Only the invite option available?

Answer: After some creators turn off the switch to displaying information to MCN, their contact information will not be displayed on Affiliate Marketplace.
