[User guide] TAP Profile displayed to Creators

The agency profile will display key information and data, allowing both existing and potential creators to evaluate and review your collaboration. This will be featured across various sections of the TikTok Shop App for creators.

• The profile will appear across multiple entry points, including the linking page, IM, and TAP product list, to enhance the agencies' credibility and increase acceptance of binding agreements.
• Main process:
• TAP/CAP upload the basic info and authorize TikTok Shop sharing operation data in TTSPC(TikTok Shop Partner Center)
• Creator can browse and send messages to TAP/CAP in EC center(TikTok Shop Creator Center)

Benefit

With this feature, creators can now assess the suitability of an MCN/TAP partner by reviewing details such as the categories and products they promote, as well as key performance metrics like data and commission rates. This will help to:

1. Strengthen trust in MCN/TAP partners, as the data is directly pulled from the platform.
2. Improve matchmaking by empowering creators to evaluate partners using relevant data, while aligning with their specific needs.

Select whether to authorize the sharing of operational data from

1. Click "Edit" button in "My - Account"
2. Please note: For accounts managing both CAP(MCN) and Affiliate Partner (TAP) or serving creators from multiple markets, you must choose "authorize " or "do not authorize" and edit partner info per category and market.
3. You can only reupload the Partner LOGO, Partner Name, Contact email and Agency website
4. The default setting for TAP is "do not authorize“.

Share the Agency Profile page with your target creators

I don't want creators to see my information, what should I do?

1. Please do not authorize TikTok Shop to share the operational data

How to update my info on the profile?

Why can't open the Agency Profile?

1. Agency can share the Profile page with TikTok creators and users

Why do different creators see different data or info for the same Agency?

Why can not see the data of "Top collaborative products" and the button of "Send an instant message".

1. Only creators with EC permission can view the data of top collaborative products and send an instant message to Agency
2. If a creator wants to have EC permission creator, please contact his/her SPM(creator manager)
