§4 Activate Account
Activate Account
① If you are Cross-border partners You can go to [finance]-[payment account] to active account *If you are a cross border affiliate partner and have categories in different markets,you need to choose market and active account separately for each market. Image Image After clicking active account,you can check the results(including: active/failed/pending) of different markets. Image ② If you are SEA local partners You can go to [finance]-[payment account] to active account for each category. §5 Link bank account
Link bank account
After active account, you can link a bank account or payoneer. Image Image Case 1: If you are a cross-border partner, you need link payoneer account (Haven't opened payoneer yet? How to Register & Link a Payoneer Account for Cross-Border Institutions?Please follow this process to open)

Case 2 If you are a local partner, you need link bank accounts Please provide the relevant information about the bank card . Click continue after completion Note：The bank name of the bank card must be consistent with the entity name of the partner Image Image You can check the link bank information and change account after successfully linking. You can check commission order under [earnings] tab Note: [earnings] tab will show all the commission orders from the creators who have a commission settlement relationship with MCN

Step 2 Check Commission Order You can check the overview of Commission Order at the top，including
- paid（successful paid orders),you can go to[paid] tab to check details
- Not paid(including pending payment and payment failed orders ),you can go to [pending payment] and[payment failed] tab to check details

Step 3 Check and export order details
- You can view the order details under [Payment pending], [Payment made], and [Payment failed].
- You can filter by username, product id, order created time,order delivered time

- Click [Export] to support full export or batch export（Either choose filters or all order under current tab. 250000 orders maximum at once）

| Content Type | Including live stream, short video and showcase -You can click live room/ short video to jump to the detailed page -You can check the promotion ID (which is video id/live room id）after downloading the data. |
| Commission Rate | Commission rate set by seller |
| Commission bonus rate | Rate of the commission bonus funded by TikTok |
| Est.Commission Base | The estimated commission base is the product sale price multiplied by the number of products sold when the order is created. The estimated commission base = Sale price*Order Quantity |
| Est. total commission | The estimated commission is the amount of estimated commission base multiplied by the commission rate. |
| Est. commission bonus | The estimated commission bonus is the amount of estimated commission base multiplied by the commission bonus rate.( including refund orders) |
| Actual Commission Base | The actual commission base is the product sale price multiplied by the number of products sold, excluding returned and refunded orders. The actual commission base= product price*（Order Quantity - Refund Quantity）(excluding refund orders) |
| Agency commission | The actual commission is the amount of actual commission base multiplied by the commission rate |
| Agency commission bonus | Actual TikTok-funded commission bonus paid to MCN |
| Returns&Refunds | Returns & refunds quantity |
| Plan ID | The plan ID of the product |
| Time Created | Order creation time |
| Time delivered | Order Confirmation Delivery Time |
| Time commission paid | The time when the order commission is settled to the bank card |
| payment ID | Payment ID can help you with each order to help you to match this order with the payment id on the payment bill page. Note： if there is no payment ID,that means this order is still in progress to be paid |
