§3 Why do we support partners editing the certification details？
Why do we support partners editing the certification details？
Currently, the partner is required to provide certification details to join TTSPC. Once the platform has reviewed and approved certification details, these certification details cannot be changed. However, there may be instances where a partner needs to update their certification details, such as their name, logo, etc. Image Image To streamline this process and improve partners' experience, we are now automating this process and offering partners the capability to edit certification details directly on TTSPC.

You can go to My Account➤Profile➤ My category to view the certification details for each category. For approved certifications, partners can click the "edit" to go to the editing page. Image Image Precondition of editing
- Only Approved certification details can be edited, which excludes the following scenario
- When the partner delivers certification details, it is still under review
- When the partner delivers editing certification details, it's still under review

You can edit the files according to your needs and click "Submit" to trigger the review process. Please note:
- There are certain sensitive files related to the entity that cannot be changed, including the company's legal name, registration date, business documents, business owner information, etc.
- Editing and resubmitting these files will not affect the existing certification information unless it has been approved.

After submitting, the Partner can check the status of the editing under each category:

Q1: Why can't I modify some information？ Entity information is sensitive and unique information at the company level that cannot be changed, including the company's legal name, registration date, business documents, business owner information, etc.
